1977	Established production lines for slippers, foam shoes and flip-flops. Attained A Grade Quality Control Award from Ministry of Economic Affairs.
1980	Launched world's most modern foaming technology from renowned Sanwa Kako Co., Ltd., Japan and indulged in bulk production of the flawless High Expanded Chemical Cross-Linking PE Foam.
1982	Introduced latest surfboard production techniques from Tom Morey Co., USA. Formed rubber foam production line.
1985	Attained CNS Mark Polyethylene (PE) Foam for the purpose of Heat Insulating from Bureau of Standards, Ministry of Economic Affairs.
1987	Acquired Quality Certification of Thermal Insulation PE Foam by Plastic Development Association.
1990	High Expanded Conductive PE Foam and Chi Meng's High Expanded Non-Inflammable PE Foam got honored with Scientific & Technologic Enterprise's Products from Bureau of Industry, Ministry of Economic Affairs.
1995	Launched biomechanical technology from Japan and collaborated with BioMedical Engineering Institute of National Cheng Kung University to manufacture functional mattress for protection of sleeper's health. Attained certification, NCKU R&D Foundation No. 0304, from above cited institute. Invested greatly in Shijiazhuang Qihong Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. (Shijiazhuang City, China)
1996	Attained ISO-9002 Certification.
1998	Collaborated with Sanwa Kako Co., Ltd., Japan having an international strategic alliance, and imported modern mass production technology inspired Conductive Foam, Open Cell Foam and Anti-Static Foam.
2001	Attained ISO-9001 Certification.
2003	Product line passed US FMVSS-302 and flammability of materials utilized in occupant compartments of motor vehicles. Gained UL94-HF1 Fire Retardant Classification Certification.
2006	Cleared RoHS to abide by EU's directive requirement and promote environmental sustainability.
2007	Cleared REACH Standard to conform with EU's directive requirement.
2008	Cleared Phthalates Free Standard. Successfully cleared PAHs Free Standard.
2010	Revived factory steaming system so as to better production efficiency.
2012	Upgraded and re-engineered and rubber foam production line so as to enhance production capacity.
2013	Deployed Vacuum Table Bandknife Splitting Machine and several other back-end processing equipment.
2014	Received accreditation for MIT "MADE IN TAIWAN" Mark from Bureau of Industry, Ministry of Economic Affairs. Attained Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) D-U-N-S Number registered.
2015	Mass produced Rubber Anti-Static Foam (EPDM-AS Series) and Shock Absorption (SA Series). Cleared 163-items-REACH Standard. Cleared RoHS 2.0 Standard. Excellent cleared new 2016 PAHs Free Standard.
2016	TV Rheinland Business Certification got verified. ISO 9001:2015 passed.
